Where We Meet to Drink

Manatawny Creek Winery

Established in 1997, Manatawny Creek Winery has been crafting Pennsylvania wines for nearly three decades. Nestled among rolling hills near the peaceful Manatawny Creek, our winery offers a place to savor the moment. Whether you’re sipping a handcrafted wine flight, gathering with friends, celebrating a private event, or listening to live music and enjoying wood-fired pizza under the open sky, every visit is an opportunity to create lasting memories. There’s always something happening at the winery. Visit our website to view our event calendar and learn more about hosting your next private event with us.

From classic vinifera wines to fruit wines, sangrias, and house-brewed beer, there’s a drink for every palate. We are proud to be a PA Preferred winery. We invite you to discover one of Berks County’s most scenic winery destinations.

Deerfoot Winery

We have our roots in agriculture so of course we started selling wine at the West Reading farmers market before opening our tasting room at the farm in 2018. Since then we expanded to a second location in Lancaster. (2021)

Our main tasting room is small, so we please ask that you call ahead for groups >6

In October we started using The Hay Loft for wine trail and other small events. Rentals start @100/hr. Seats 45. Call for details.

We are proudly a PA Preferred winery and grow much of our own fruit or barter/buy from other growers in PA. Our wines have won recognition nationally and internationally including most recently a Best of Show and Best Vinifera award at the 2026 PA Farm Show.

“A Long Trout Tail”

Long Trout Winery

Peace signs, tie dyes and bell bottoms, flower rings of baby’s breath and daisies, headbands and halter tops, yellow subs and blue meanies, beads and weeds, 60’s music veiled in smoldering incense and clean, crisp homemade style wines like everyone’s Grandpa used to make.

These familiar images capture the essence of Long Trout Winery. An equaled slice of time and tradition where being “different” is what it’s all about.

So don’t make a fuss, get on the hippie bus and experience a perfect blend of far out wines and furry friends at PA’s “Unique Bohemian Wine Boutique”
